What we collect. When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred dates and any message. We collect this directly from you and only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and arranging your stay.

CanadaHall is first and foremost a boutique hotel. Our on-site entertainment area is one part of the guest experience, offered on-site only for adults aged 19 and over.
For adults only. Valid identification may be requested. Guests under 19 are welcome at the hotel but not in the entertainment area.
Keeping it enjoyable. Entertainment should stay fun and within your means. Set your own limits, take regular breaks, and never treat gaming as a way to make money.
Signs to watch for. Spending more time or money than intended, chasing losses, or feeling stress about play are signs it may be time to step back.
Support in Ontario. Free, confidential help is available 24/7 from ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600. Self-exclusion options and trained staff support are available on request.
Our commitment. Our team is trained to promote responsible play and to assist any guest who asks for help or information.
